  We took our Yorky Dachshund mix to this groomer, and they had done ok the last couple times. We have always stressed to leave Molly’s hair long, and just work on nails and her butt. I stressed this again when I dropped her off. I arrived this time and she looked like a shaved rat. I can’t believe they would do this to any dog! When I told them this all I got were excuses— mainly it said “hair cut” on the computer, as if that was my fault. No real sorry, just handed me $13 back as if that made up for this mess of a cut. Will never return, after taking our dogs there for the last 8 years or so.
